Okay this is a confusing one. I only ever even saw it when drivers made accident mistakes going that way. (Just one time forreal and the driver was my very pregnant sister in law). But the drive is almost better than the park itself. If you are in the area, the Great River Road is where it is at. On sunny or nice days its loitered with motorcyclist and people going up and down for the view. It deads into Pere Marquette. I have had friends who camp here regularly (AND if you do the cabins in the summer they give you free Ragin' Rivers Waterpark passes so that is neat.) The trails aren't marked very well and I've been here now twice. First time, just kinda stumbling around and then went to a bar on the river. Second time, this was the day's explore. That being said, we wanted a longer walk. We'd park our cars in the little lots and then stumble about till we found a trail. Some were WAY short. I would have liked it to be more I don't know, labeled. When you got out there though, there were a few really stellar views. Obviously I LOVE a good fall hike. Crunchy leaves, changing colors, and perfect temperatures.
